- Repair and testWe fit the part, test the laptop under load, and let you know it’s ready to collect or post back.

How long does it take?
Most repairs take one to three working days once the part arrives. We order the exact part for your model and product number.
Do you give a price first?
Yes. We diagnose the laptop and tell you the price before any repair. Nothing is done until you agree.
Is my data safe?
A repair doesn’t wipe your storage. If we ever need to reinstall Windows, we copy your files off first and check them with you.
