Questions
How long does a HP Pavilion 15 and 17 (2013–2014) repair take?

Will I lose my files?
Not from a normal repair: we don’t wipe the storage. If Windows needs reinstalling, or the board is badly damaged, we copy your files off first. Data recovery is available if the storage has failed.
Do you need my password?
