Questions
How long does a HP ZBook 17 G5 repair take?
Most screen, keyboard, battery, hinge and charging port repairs take one to three working days once the part is here. We order the exact part for your model and product number. Motherboard repairs take longer.
Will I lose my files?
Not from a normal repair: we don’t wipe the storage. If Windows needs reinstalling, or the board is badly damaged, we copy your files off first. Data recovery is available if the storage has failed.
Do you need my password?
Only if you want us to test Windows after the repair. You can create a temporary account instead, or leave it signed out: hardware tests run without it.
